DESCRIPTION:<p>The 230th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to 
 be organized from 10/07/2026 to 12/07/2026 by the FIDE Commission for Wome
 n’s Chess\, <span class='fontstyle0'>under the auspices of FIDE. </span></
 p>\n<p>The Lecturer will be IA Nikolopoulos\, Panagiotis (GRE)\, FIDE Lect
 urer\, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA <span data-sheets-root='1'>
 Biagioli\, Marco</span> (ITA). The Technical Assistant Lecturer will be IA
  Anastasia Sorokina (AUS)\, FIDE Lecturer. The Technical Organizer is Yilm

 language of the Seminar will be English.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will give nor
 ms and titles of FIDE Arbiter\, according to the Regulations for the title

 </p>\n<p><em><strong>Note: </strong></em>The seminar is organized by FIDE 
 WOM with support of FIDE ARB. <em>Up to 20 participants\, women only. Indi
 vidual registrations.<br />\n</em><em>Each continent (Americas\, Africa\, 
 Asia\, Europe) has the right to nominate up to 2 participants (4 continent
 s = 8 participants in total through continental nominations).</em></p>\n<p
 ><em>Priority will be given in the following order:<br />\n</em><em>1. Par
 ticipants from the waiting list of the previous FIDE WOM Seminar edition\;
 <br />\n</em><em>2. Continental nominations\;<br />\n</em><em>3. Individua
