DESCRIPTION:The 230th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be 
 organized from 10/07/2026 to 12/07/2026 by the FIDE Commission for Women’s
  Chess\, under the auspices of FIDE. \nThe Lecturer will be IA Nikolopoulo

 m ).\nThe language of the Seminar will be English.\nThe Seminar will give 
 norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter\, according to the Regulations for the ti
